Blinkit Work From Home Customer Support Executive 2026 – ₹18,000–₹25,000/Month

Blinkit (formerly Grofers), India's leading instant grocery delivery platform owned by Zomato, is hiring Work From Home Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries for its 10-minute delivery service. You will be the first point of contact for millions of Blinkit customers across India, resolving issues related to orders, payments, refunds, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls, chats, and emails related to orders, payments, refunds, and delivery issues
• Resolve customer complaints within defined SLA timelines maintaining a high CSAT score
• Coordinate with dark store teams and delivery executives to provide real-time order updates
• Log all interactions accurately in the CRM tool and escalate complex issues to Level 2 support
• Follow Blinkit's quality and compliance guidelines on every interaction
• Meet daily productivity targets (number of tickets/calls handled per shift)

Work From Home Setup Required:

• Laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or above (minimum 4 GB RAM)
• Stable broadband internet connection — minimum 10 Mbps download speed
• USB wired headset with noise-cancellation microphone
• Dedicated quiet workspace free from background noise
• UPS / power backup to handle outages during shift hours

Shift & Schedule:

• Rotational shifts (9 hours including 1-hour break) — Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts
• 6 days working with 1 rotational weekly off
• Night shift allowance: ₹2,000–₹3,500 per month additional
