Blinkit Remote Quality Analyst Jobs 2026 – Work From Home ₹20,000–₹30,000

Blinkit is hiring Remote Quality Analysts to audit and improve the quality of its customer support operations. As a Work From Home QA, you will monitor and evaluate customer interactions (calls, chats, and emails) handled by the support team, provide structured feedback to agents, and contribute to improving overall customer experience quality scores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit a minimum of 25–30 customer support interactions (calls/chats/emails) per day against Blinkit's quality scorecard
• Evaluate parameters including tone, empathy, accuracy of information, resolution rate, and SOP compliance
• Prepare individual agent quality score reports and share weekly feedback via the QA portal
• Participate in calibration sessions with Team Leaders and QA Manager (3–4 times per week via video call)
• Identify recurring error patterns and share root cause analysis with the training team for corrective action
• Track agent improvement trends week-on-week and flag at-risk agents to the Team Leader
• Maintain QA audit logs and monthly performance dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets

Work From Home Setup Required:

• Laptop (Windows 10+, minimum 8 GB RAM) with audio playback capability for call monitoring
• Stable internet: minimum 15 Mbps (wired preferred)
• Headset for calibration calls and video meetings
• Webcam required for calibration and QA team meetings
• Power backup (UPS) for uninterrupted shifts

Shift Details:

• General shift: 9 AM – 6 PM or 11 AM – 8 PM (5 days working)
• QA roles typically have fixed day shifts with no mandatory night shift
• Saturday working (alternate); Sunday off

• Graduate in any discipline — mandatory
• 1–2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst, Call Auditor, or Senior Customer Support Agent in a BPO/e-commerce company
• Strong analytical and observation skills — ability to spot errors and patterns in support interactions
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for audit tracking and reporting
• Excellent written English for feedback writing and report preparation
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar) is a strong advantage
• Experience working with quality scorecards and calibration processes preferred
