Blinkit Virtual Delivery Operations Coordinator Jobs 2026 – Work From Home India

Blinkit is looking for experienced Virtual Delivery Operations Coordinators to remotely manage and optimise last-mile delivery performance for its network of dark stores across India. This is a data-driven, operations-focused work-from-home role that requires strong analytical skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor real-time delivery dashboards to track order fulfilment rates, delivery times, and SLA compliance across assigned dark store clusters
• Proactively identify and flag delivery delays, route issues, or stock shortages to city operations managers
• Coordinate remotely with dark store in-charges and delivery executives via Slack, WhatsApp, and Blinkit's internal ops tool
• Prepare and share daily MIS reports (Morning, Afternoon, Night) covering delivery SLAs, cancellation rates, and executive performance
• Manage escalated customer delivery complaints assigned by the support team and ensure resolution within 2 hours
• Track delivery executive availability and flag shortage concerns to the workforce management team
• Assist in onboarding data updates for new dark stores launching in assigned cities

Work From Home Setup Required:

• Laptop (Windows 10+, minimum 8 GB RAM) — required for multi-tab dashboard monitoring
• High-speed internet: minimum 20 Mbps (wired preferred for stability)
• Smartphone for WhatsApp/Slack coordination with ground teams
• Power backup (UPS) — uninterrupted shift coverage is mandatory
• Dual monitor setup is a strong advantage but not mandatory

Shift & Schedule:

• 9-hour rotational shifts (Morning 7 AM–4 PM / Afternoon 2 PM–11 PM / Night 10 PM–7 AM)
• 6 working days, 1 weekly off (rotational)
• Night shift allowance of ₹3,000–₹5,000 per month

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce operations, or BPO operations coordination preferred
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets — VLOOKUP, PivotTables, basic formulas required
• Ability to multitask and manage 3–5 concurrent coordination threads simultaneously
• Excellent written communication in English and Hindi
• Prior experience with operations dashboards or logistics tools (any ERP/WMS) is a strong plus
