Blinkit Remote Chat Support Agent Jobs 2026 – Work From Home No Experience Required

Blinkit is expanding its remote Chat Support team and looking for enthusiastic freshers to join as Work From Home Chat Support Agents. In this role, you will handle multiple live customer chats simultaneously, resolving queries related to Blinkit's instant grocery delivery service — entirely from your home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 3–5 simultaneous live chat conversations from Blinkit customers
• Resolve order status queries, payment issues, refund requests, and product complaints via chat
• Maintain an average response time of under 60 seconds per chat message
• Use Blinkit's internal CRM tool to log ticket details and update order status
• Escalate unresolved issues to voice/email support or Team Leader as per SOPs
• Maintain a CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) of 85%+ consistently

Work From Home Setup Required:

• Laptop or desktop — Windows 10 or above, minimum 4 GB RAM
• Broadband internet — minimum 10 Mbps (wired connection preferred)
• Quiet dedicated workspace (no background noise or distractions)
• Power backup (UPS) for uninterrupted shift coverage

Shift Details:

• 9-hour rotational shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Night)
• 6 working days, 1 rotational weekly off
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM required — tested during hiring process
